TermsPartner Agreement Terms: By accepting the terms of this agreement, a business relationship is created between you and Eco Wireless whereby you become a participant in the Eco Wireless partner program (the 'Program'). You shall offer the program to your customer/member base and receive a 20% donation from Eco Wireless for sales generated by your Customer Base. The relationship between the parties is one of independent contractor and neither party shall have power to legally bind the other. Each party shall conduct its business in a professional manner and not engage in any activity that would reflect negatively upon the other such as spamming. Partner will be paid 20% of every Sprint and Verizon Wireless rate plan sale. Payments are made bi-monthly. Every customer/member will receive a email receipt showing the amount of their donation that was donated to the NPO of their choice.
